Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 6 cups popcorn air popped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat 13" x 9" x 2" dish with cooking spray. Place popcorn in dish.
- In small bowl, stir 2 tsp water into sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Drizzle spice mixture over popcorn. Toss gently to coat.
- Bake 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
- Transfer popcorn to a large piece of foil. Cool completely before serving.
