Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 cups Chopped Fresh Spinach
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh green onion
- 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place sesame seeds in pan over medium heat. Stir constantly until seeds start to turn golden. Remove from heat immediately. Set aside.
- In large bowl, gently toss spinach, strawberries, and onions.
- In small bowl, whisk vinegar, and oil. Pour dressing over spinach and toss.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over salad, and serve immediately.
