Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1 Lb Fresh Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash spinach, pat dry. Tear into bite-size pieces.
- Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray and heat over medium.
- Add spinach and cook, covered, 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sesame seeds, lemon juice, and salt. Toss. Serve.
