Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 Lb Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Wash spinach, pat dry. Tear into bite-size pieces.
  2. Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray and heat over medium.
  3. Add spinach and cook, covered, 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add sesame seeds, lemon juice, and salt. Toss. Serve.
