Ingredients
- 1 lb striped bass divided into four fillets
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line roasting pan with foil, and coat foil with cooking spray.
- Place fish in prepared pan, skin side down.
- In small bowl, mix thyme, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over fish, and pat seasoning onto fish.
- Roast 10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Transfer fish from roasting pan to serving platter
