Ingredients

  • 1 lb striped bass divided into four fillets
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line roasting pan with foil, and coat foil with cooking spray.
  2. Place fish in prepared pan, skin side down.
  3. In small bowl, mix thyme, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over fish, and pat seasoning onto fish.
  4. Roast 10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Transfer fish from roasting pan to serving platter
