Ingredients
  • 1Cup Unsalted Canned Garbanzo Beans(Chickpeas)
  • 2Oz Roasted Red PeppersIn Brine
  • 1Tbsp Tahini
  • 2Tbsp Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Medium Garlic Cloves
  • 1Tbsp Minced Onion
  • 1Pinch Ground Cayenne
  • 1Pinch salt
  • 1Pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  2. In food processor fitted with steel blade, add chickpeas, roasted red peppers, and tahini. Purée mixture until smooth.
  3. Add yogurt, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Serve.
