Ingredients
- 1/4 cup bourbon 94 proof
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, lean, raw
Instructions
- In shallow, nonmetal casserole dish, mix bourbon, maple syrup, ketchup, 1/4 cup of water, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Place tenderloin in dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Remove tenderloin from marinade. Discard marinade. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Place on grill, cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until pork is cooked thoroughly (internal temperature reaches 145°F).
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
