  • 36oz salmon steaks (six6steaks)
  • 2tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/3cup rice vinegar
  • 1tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/8tsp salt
  • 2 Medium Garlic Clovesminced or pressed
  • Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. Season both sides of salmon steaks with black pepper.
  2. Place in resealable, plastic bag.
  3. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, sesame oil, salt, and garlic.
  4. Pour marinade into plastic bag, seal, and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  5. Coat grill rack with cooking spray, preheat grill to medium.
  6. Grill 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches145° F.
  7. Remove from grill and serve
