Ingredients
  • 1cup peanut butterunsweetened
  • 1cup ground flax seed
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3cup artificial sweeteneroptional
  • 1/2cup chopped peanutsoptional
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, ground flax seed, protein powder, vanilla and sweetener (if desired) for about 1-2 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
  2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch-wide balls, and lay out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes more.
  5. Roll peanut butter balls in crushed peanuts, if desired
