Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter unsweetened
- 1 cup ground flax seed
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup artificial sweetener optional
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, ground flax seed, protein powder, vanilla and sweetener (if desired) for about 1-2 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch-wide balls, and lay out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes more.
- Roll peanut butter balls in crushed peanuts, if desired
