Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen French-cut green beans
  • 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup condensed, low sodium
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • Cooking Spray
  • cup ½chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian style bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl, combine green beans, mushroom soup, and pepper. Toss to mix gently.
  3. Coat 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Place green bean mixture into dish.
  4. Arrange onion on top of green beans.
  5. Sprinkle with walnuts, cheese, and bread crumbs.
  6. Bake 45 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned
