Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 8 oz fresh sugar snap peas
- 2 fresh chopped green onions
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 tsp fresh chopped mint
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium
- Add peas, green onions, and garlic. Cook 3 minutes until peas are slightly tender, stirring often.
- Remove from heat. Stir in mint, salt, and pepper.
- Serve.
