These beef meatballs get a Moroccan flavor of cinnamon, cardamom, and herbs.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/8 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Ground Almonds
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cold water
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix bread crumbs and milk.
- Add ground meat, almonds, egg, water, thyme, marjoram, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with hands.
- Wet hands and form 24 meatballs. Set aside on plate.
- In large frying pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium high.
- Add 1/2 of meatballs in single layer and cook until all sides are browned evenly, about 4-5 minutes.
- Use slotted spoon to remove and place on separate clean plate. Cover and keep warm.
- Repeat steps 6 & 7 with remaining meatballs.
