Ingredients
  • 15oz canned salmon
  • 1/4cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 2tbsp minced red onion
  • 2tbsp fresh dill weed
  • 1 egg
  • 1tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1tsp mustard
  • 1/8tsp Black Pepper
  • 2tsp Horseradish
  • 2tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, mix salmon, bread crumbs, onion, dill, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and horseradish.
  2. Form mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Coat medium skillet with olive oil and heat over medium-high.
  4. Place salmon cakes in pan and cook on both sides until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side
