Ingredients
  • 2tsp Olive Oil
  • 1tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1lb fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1cup yellow bell pepperchopped
  • 1/3cup fresh basil leaveschopped
  • 1/2tsp sugar
  • 1/2tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp Black Pepper
  • 2tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add peas and bell pepper. Sauté 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add basil, sugar, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add lemon juice and sauté for another 30 seconds. Serve.
