Ingredients
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 lb fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add peas and bell pepper. Sauté 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add basil, sugar, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add lemon juice and sauté for another 30 seconds. Serve.
