seeds, and membrane removed)

Instructions
Soak wooden skewers in water 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
Cut into 3/4″ cubes and arrange on 6 skewers. Place in single layer in baking dish.
In blender, process soy sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, ginger, serrano pepper, garlic, cayenne powder, and sesame oil until smooth.
Pour mixture over tofu kabobs and refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator and drain marinade.
Bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onions. Serve.
