Grilled turkey cutlets coated with an Indian-inspired spicy yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 medium limes
- 2 tsp fresh ginger root
- 2 1/2 oz plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 1/2 lbs turkey breast cutlets
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium.
- In large bowl, grate 1 teaspoon of lime zest. Cut lime in half and squeeze 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice. Add to bowl.
- Slice remaining lime into 6 wedges and set aside to serve with cooked turkey cutlets.
- Peel and mince ginger. Add to bowl.
- Add yogurt, oil, cumin, coriander, salt, and garlic. Mix well.
- Place turkey cutlets in bowl and coat evenly with yogurt sauce. Do not let cutlets marinate.
- Place cutlets on grill. Cook 4-5 minutes per side, turning once until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve with reserved lime wedges
