Ingredients
  • 1 1/4lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/3cup chopped green onionscallion
  • 1/4cup dried parsley
  • 1/2tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/2tsp ground sage
  • 1pinch salt
  • 1pinch Black Pepper
  • Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. In mixing bowl, crumble turkey. Mix in egg white, green onions, parsley, marjoram, and sage. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Shape turkey mixture into 2-inch long sausages.
  3. Coat skillet with cooking spray.
  4. Over medium heat, cook sausages for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Turn with spatula, as needed. Serve.
