Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 large fresh tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove seeds and chop red and yellow peppers into 1/2" pieces.
  2. Chop tomato and onion into 1/2" pieces.
  3. In large bowl, mix tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, and lime juice. Add parsley, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve.
