Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 large fresh tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Remove seeds and chop red and yellow peppers into 1/2" pieces.
- Chop tomato and onion into 1/2" pieces.
- In large bowl, mix tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, and lime juice. Add parsley, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve.
