Ingredients
  • 1cup fresh blueberries
  • 1quart Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1tbsp sugar
Instructions
  1. Clean blueberries, and place in 1-quart, sterilized bottle.
  2. In small pot, warm vinegar over low heat for 5 minutes. Add to bottle with fruit, add sugar, if desired, and seal. Store in cool, dark place for 3-4 weeks.
  3. Strain into a clean bowl using cheesecloth. Discard fruit solids.
  4. Place liquid back into bottle, and use as desired
