Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 quart Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Clean blueberries, and place in 1-quart, sterilized bottle.
- In small pot, warm vinegar over low heat for 5 minutes. Add to bottle with fruit, add sugar, if desired, and seal. Store in cool, dark place for 3-4 weeks.
- Strain into a clean bowl using cheesecloth. Discard fruit solids.
- Place liquid back into bottle, and use as desired
