Ingredients

unsalted sweet cream butter

fresh green beans

Low Sodium Chicken Broth

tbsp
oregano leaves
1
cup
frozen white pearl onions
2
tbsp
sliced almonds
Instructions
Wash beans and trim ends.
In small non-stick skillet, dry-roast almonds over medium heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally. Set aside.
In large skillet, heat butter over medium-high. Swirl to coat bottom of pan.
Add beans and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add broth, oregano, and pearl onions.
Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook about 10 minutes, or until beans are tender.
Sprinkle beans with dry roasted almonds. Serve.
