Ingredients
- 1 cup Natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 40 dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar blend, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and egg. Stir until smooth.
- Shape dough into 40 one-inch balls. Place dough balls 2" apart on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies become set.
- Remove from oven. Transfer cookies onto cooling rack.
- Press one chocolate piece into each cookie. Cool completely until chocolate hardens
