Ingredients
  • 12Oz Frozen Shelled Edamame
  • 1Cup Water Chestnuts
  • 1 1/2Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/8Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1Tbsp Chopped Scallions
  • 1/4Tbsp Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Follow package instructions for cooking edamame.
  2. Drain edamame and rinse under cool water.
  3. Drain water chestnuts, and chop.
  4. In small mixing bowl, whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, hot sauce, scallions, and pepper. Add cooked edamame and water chestnuts and toss.
