Ingredients
- 12 Oz Frozen Shelled Edamame
- 1 Cup Water Chestnuts
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/8 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
- 1/4 Tbsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Follow package instructions for cooking edamame.
- Drain edamame and rinse under cool water.
- Drain water chestnuts, and chop.
- In small mixing bowl, whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, hot sauce, scallions, and pepper. Add cooked edamame and water chestnuts and toss.
