Ingredients
  • 2 Medium Garlic Cloves
  • 2tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2tbsp garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 1/2cups Dry White Wine
  • 1lb shredded Gruyere
  • 1/2lb shredded Swiss cheese
  • 15 asparagus spearscooked tender-crisp
  • 2cups broccoli floretscooked tender-crisp
  • 1lb strip steakcooked to desired doneness, cut into bites
Instructions
  1. Smash garlic and rub fondue pot or double boiler with it.
  2. Over medium heat, melt butter.
  3. Whisk flour into melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add wine, slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Continue stirring until mixture starts to simmer.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add cheese a handful at a time. Stir to melt. Continue until all cheese is melted.
  6. Place pot over warmer to keep fondue hot. Arrange veggie and steak dippers on a platter, and serve with fondue spears or forks
