Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Dry White Wine
  • 1 lb shredded Gruyere
  • 1/2 lb shredded Swiss cheese
  • 15 asparagus spears cooked tender-crisp
  • 2 cups broccoli florets cooked tender-crisp
  • 1 lb strip steak cooked to desired doneness, cut into bites

Instructions

  1. Smash garlic and rub fondue pot or double boiler with it.
  2. Over medium heat, melt butter.
  3. Whisk flour into melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add wine, slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Continue stirring until mixture starts to simmer.
