Ingredients
- 1/2 lb salmon fillet
- Cooking Spray
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill weed
- 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line baking dish with foil and coat foil with cooking spray. Place fillets in dish, skin side down, and coat with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle evenly with dill, parsley, and pepper.
- Bake 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
