Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb salmon fillet
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line baking dish with foil and coat foil with cooking spray. Place fillets in dish, skin side down, and coat with lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with dill, parsley, and pepper.
  4. Bake 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
