Ingredients
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1/4cup salted butter
  • 1/2cup SPLENDA Sugar Blend
  • 1/2cup cold water
  • 1 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4cup Bobs Red Milllow carb, all-purpose baking mix
  • 1/2cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/4cup semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 2tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly coat the bottom of a 9x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, being careful not to coat sides of pan.
  3. In a medium saucepan melt butter; remove from heat.
  4. Stir in Splenda blend, 1/2 cup cold water, and vanilla.
  5. Stir in baking mix, cocoa powder, and baking powder until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate pieces.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool on a wire rack. Remove from pan. Cut into 16 squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
