Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup SPLENDA Sugar Blend
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Bobs Red Mill low carb, all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly coat the bottom of a 9x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, being careful not to coat sides of pan.
- In a medium saucepan melt butter; remove from heat.
- Stir in Splenda blend, 1/2 cup cold water, and vanilla.
- Stir in baking mix, cocoa powder, and baking powder until combined.
- Fold in chocolate pieces.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack. Remove from pan. Cut into 16 squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
