Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener granulated
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 30 mini phyllo tart shells
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Thaw phyllo shells and bake according to package directions.
- In small bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar substitute, lime zest, and lime juice.
- Spoon mixture into cooled pastry shells. Place 1 raspberry on top of each tartlet.
- Chill at least 1 hour. Serve.
