These dessert tartlets couldn’t be quicker or easier to make. Lime juice adds a twist to the cream cheese in these bite-sized desserts, which are topped with a fresh raspberry (yes, you can substitute other seasonal berries).

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener granulated
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 30 mini phyllo tart shells
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Thaw phyllo shells and bake according to package directions.
  2. In small bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar substitute, lime zest, and lime juice.
  3. Spoon mixture into cooled pastry shells. Place 1 raspberry on top of each tartlet.
  4. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve.
