Ingredients
- 4 medium cucumbers
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Peel cucumbers, slice lengthwise into quarters, and cut into 1" pieces.
- In large bowl, toss cucumbers, lime juice, chili powder and cilantro.
- Chill until ready to serve.
