Ingredients

  • 4 medium cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Peel cucumbers, slice lengthwise into quarters, and cut into 1" pieces.
  2. In large bowl, toss cucumbers, lime juice, chili powder and cilantro.
  3. Chill until ready to serve.
