Ingredients

raw medium shrimp
Instructions
Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add chicken. Cook 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add green pepper and onion. Cook 2 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and red pepper flakes.
Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 20-30 minutes, uncovered, until mixture thickens.
Add shrimp and return to boil.
Reduce heat. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp turns opaque and pink. Serve.
