Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Arrange each chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness, using meat mallet or heavy skillet.
- Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
- Gently place chicken in oil and cook 5-6 minutes per side, until chicken is lightly browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
