Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Arrange each chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness, using meat mallet or heavy skillet.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high.
  4. Gently place chicken in oil and cook 5-6 minutes per side, until chicken is lightly browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
