Ingredients
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 3/4cup Whole Milk
  • 1tsp Chinese 5-spice blend
Instructions
  1. In small saucepan, bring 1-3/4 cups water to boil. Add tea bags. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep 10 minutes.
  2. In small saucepan, heat milk to steaming.
  3. Add steeped tea and Chinese 5-spice powder to steamed milk.
  4. Heat over low until Chai is hot, about 1 minute.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled over ice.
  6. Sweeten to taste with artificial sweetener, if desired.
