Ingredients
- 2 green tea bags
- 3/4 cup Whole Milk
- 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice blend
Instructions
- In small saucepan, bring 1-3/4 cups water to boil. Add tea bags. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep 10 minutes.
- In small saucepan, heat milk to steaming.
- Add steeped tea and Chinese 5-spice powder to steamed milk.
- Heat over low until Chai is hot, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled over ice.
- Sweeten to taste with artificial sweetener, if desired.
