Ingredients
  • 2cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 1cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1/8cup granulated sugar substitute
Instructions
  1. Blend cantaloupe, yogurt, and sugar substitute in food processor.
  2. Pour liquid into small paper cups or popsicle molds.
  3. Place in freezer. After one hour, insert popsicle sticks, and return to freezer for two hours until frozen.
  4. To serve, unwrap paper cups. Enjoy immediately
