Ingredients
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 1/2tbsp ground paprika
  • 1/8tsp ground thyme
  • 1tsp oregano leaves
  • 1 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2tsp brown sugar
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp Black Pepper
  • tsp Ā½salt
  • 1/4tsp Ground Cayennered pepper
  • 1lb large raw shrimp
  • 1tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Soak ten wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high.
  4. In small bowl, mix paprika, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, brown sugar, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  5. In large bowl, add shrimp and sprinkle with rub. Toss to coat each piece. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.
  6. Thread 4 shrimp onto each skewer.
  7. Grill kabobs, 3 minutes per side, until shrimp are caramelized and opaque
