Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp oregano leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- tsp ½salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne red pepper
- 1 lb large raw shrimp
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Soak ten wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- In small bowl, mix paprika, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, brown sugar, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- In large bowl, add shrimp and sprinkle with rub. Toss to coat each piece. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.
- Thread 4 shrimp onto each skewer.
- Grill kabobs, 3 minutes per side, until shrimp are caramelized and opaque
