Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Medium Garlic Clove
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 6 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped red onion
Instructions
- In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, blend together yogurt, anchovy paste, lemon juice, vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours and up to 2 days.
- Wash and dry lettuce. Place in large salad bowl. Sprinkle with red onion and remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
