The combination of sweet Napa, also known as Chinese cabbage, bitter radicchio, and nutty sesame oil, makes a delicious recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb Napa cabbage
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 heads radicchio
- 2 Medium Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger root
- 1 tsp fennel seed
- 2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Remove and discard cabbage core.
- Slice cabbage and radicchio into thin slices.
- In wok or medium saucepan, heat canola oil over high.
- Add garlic, ginger, and fennel seed. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in cabbage, radicchio, and soy sauce.
- Cover pan and cook 1 minute.
- Remove lid and cook 2 minutes, stirring often, until cabbage and radicchio are wilted.
- Add sesame oil and 1/2 of cilantro. Stir to combine.
- Spoon into serving bowl and season with remaining cilantro and sesame seeds.
