  • Cooking Spray
  • 1/4cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 2tbsp unfiltered cider vinegar
  • 1lb raw chicken tenders
  • 1/4cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 4cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/4cup chopped red onion
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In small mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
  4. In separate bowl, toss chicken with buffalo sauce.
  5. Place chicken in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray and bake until internal temperature is 165°F, about 10 minutes, turning once.
  7. While chicken is cooking, chop tomato and carrot.
  8. In large serving bowl, toss together lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion, and blue cheese dressing.
  9. Top with chicken. Serve immediately.
