Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 2 tbsp unfiltered cider vinegar
- 1 lb raw chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 fresh tomato
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In small mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
- In separate bowl, toss chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Place chicken in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray and bake until internal temperature is 165°F, about 10 minutes, turning once.
- While chicken is cooking, chop tomato and carrot.
- In large serving bowl, toss together lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion, and blue cheese dressing.
- Top with chicken. Serve immediately.
