Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 medium ripe pears
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, mash cheese, sage, and garlic with fork until smooth and creamy.
  2. Just before serving, cut pears in half and remove core.
  3. Brush cut side of each pear half with lemon juice.
  4. Fill each pear half with an 1/4 of cheese mixture
