Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/4 tsp ground sage leaves
- 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 medium ripe pears
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- In small bowl, mash cheese, sage, and garlic with fork until smooth and creamy.
- Just before serving, cut pears in half and remove core.
- Brush cut side of each pear half with lemon juice.
- Fill each pear half with an 1/4 of cheese mixture
