Ingredients
- 3 Cups Fresh Sliced Strawberries
- 1/2 Tsp Sweetener
- 15 Oz Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Tsp Grated Orange Peel
Instructions
- In medium mixing bowl, combine berries and sweetener. Set aside.
- With electric mixer, combine ricotta cheese, Grand Marnier, vanilla, and orange peel until well mixed.
- Divide berries into 8 dishes. Spoon cream over berries.
