Ingredients
  • 6 raw chicken drumsticks
  • 1/4cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2tsp ground sage
  • 1/2tsp ground thyme
  • 1/4tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1pinch salt
  • 1pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 9″ x 13″ baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken legs in prepared baking dish.
  3. Lightly brush Dijon mustard on all sides of chicken legs. Season each leg with salt and pepper.
  4. In small bowl, blend sage, thyme, and garlic powder.
  5. Sprinkle all sides of drumsticks with herbs.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes. Turn drumsticks over.
  7. Bake another 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
