Ingredients
- 6 raw chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken legs in prepared baking dish.
- Lightly brush Dijon mustard on all sides of chicken legs. Season each leg with salt and pepper.
- In small bowl, blend sage, thyme, and garlic powder.
- Sprinkle all sides of drumsticks with herbs.
- Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes. Turn drumsticks over.
- Bake another 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
