Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh cod fillets
- Cooking Spray
- 2 tbsp fresh dill weed
- 4 tsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Coat baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange fish in single layer.
- In small bowl, mix dill, butter, lemon juice, and garlic. Pour over fish.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with almonds. Continue cooking 2 more minutes, until almonds are toasted and internal temperature reaches 145°F
