Ingredients
  • Cooking Spray
  • 18oz frozen artichokes hearts
  • 1tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3tbsp chopped pecans
  • 2tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 each medium garlic cloves
  • 1tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Lightly coat 9″ glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  3. Place artichokes in colander and rinse well with cold water to separate.
  4. Drain well, pat dry with paper towels. Place in prepared pie plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. In small bowl, combine pecans, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, and oil. Sprinkle mixture evenly over artichokes
  6. Bake 15 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
