Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 18 oz frozen artichokes hearts
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 each medium garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Lightly coat 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray.
- Place artichokes in colander and rinse well with cold water to separate.
- Drain well, pat dry with paper towels. Place in prepared pie plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- In small bowl, combine pecans, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, and oil. Sprinkle mixture evenly over artichokes
- Bake 15 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
